Abstract

This study is a part of the dissertation on The Development of General Education Teaching Effefctiveness by Web-based instruction. The subjest matter of the study is focussed on Web-based Instruction, emphasizing on the benefit, characteristics, and resources of Internet and World Wide Web. That is also to support and encourage to the meaningful learning. Instructors and learners have interacted through computer networks, which benefits teaching learning. This is the new dimension of teaching process and application of education technology in the new millannium in and places and any time.

The study also mentions to various methods of learning by Web such as WBI such as WBI design, Process of learning by Web, activity managing through Web, evaluation and also some data for developing learning-teaching process in the future.
